In the unlikely event of a problem with your repair, then in the first instance contact your repairer, their details are on the certificate, and explain any problems that you may have.
As a Vizion approved repairer they will investigate and offer support to rectify the problem.
Your certificate will be ready within 12 hours of your vehicle being collected, and will be available on this page. Don't worry, we will send you details via email or SMS when it is ready.
